Discontentment at the midnight hour!

Aargh!

So I'm sitting in my towel at 11:50pm and I decide to look into getting an insurance quote from Norwich Union. Their servers are slow as hell and their form is long-winded. Once at the end, I hit their calculate button and... nothing. Their ONLINE service shuts at midnight.

What is the point? Do their computers get a lunch break or something? Why provide an online service that is OFF-line for the part of the day when you would not want to pay staff to give quotes? What about the late-night surfers?

Basically, what's the point??
