Where would retail be without customers?
A recent reply from Tesco on the subject of one of my complaints has given me a double-entry. Here is a part of the letter that came through my letterbox.
On the production day in question we produced 30,240 bags of leafy Tatsoi for which we have had no other complaints. In reply to your customers questions.
Isn't it obvious? The customer owns the questions, so deserves the apostrophe before its s! They are lucky. Their customer service was annoying me so much, I didn't bother even mentioning their illiteracy!
